Shop Deal 24 is jouw online outletwarenhuis waar je dagelijks scherpe deals en kortingen vindt op een breed assortiment producten, van elektronica en accessoires tot woonartikelen en lifestyleproducten.
Hoe kan ik een bestelling plaatsen?
Je bestelling plaatsen is eenvoudig:
1. Zoek het gewenste product.
2. Klik op bestel of in winkelwagen.
3. Ga naar je winkelwagen en vul je gegevens in.
4. Kies een betaalmethode en rond de betaling af.
5. Je ontvangt een bevestiging per e-mail.

Bij Shop Deal 24 kun je betalen met:

• Klarna (achteraf betalen)

Hoe weet ik of mijn bestelling succesvol is geplaatst?
Na het afronden van je bestelling ontvang je direct een orderbevestiging per e-mail met een overzicht van je aankoop en de verwachte verzenddatum.
Hoe lang duurt de levering?
Bestellingen worden gewoonlijk binnen 2–5 werkdagen geleverd, afhankelijk van je leveringsadres en voorraadstatus. Grotere producten of speciale deals kunnen iets langer duren; dit staat altijd vermeld bij het product.
Wat zijn de verzendkosten?
Verzendkosten worden automatisch berekend bij het afrekenen. De exacte kosten zijn afhankelijk van je bestelling en afleveradres. Vaak hanteren we lage verzendtarieven of gratis verzending bij acties.
Kan ik mijn bestelling volgen?
Ja! Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je een track & trace-code waarmee je de bezorging online kunt volgen.
Wat moet ik doen als mijn bestelling beschadigd is aangekomen?
Onze excuses! Stuur ons zo snel mogelijk een foto van het beschadigde product en de verpakking via e-mail. We lossen het graag voor je op door vervanging of terugbetaling.
Hoe werkt retourneren?
Je kunt een product binnen 14 dagen retourneren als het ongebruikt en in originele verpakking is. Stuur het retourformulier mee en kies een trackable verzendmethode. De retourkosten zijn voor jezelf, tenzij anders aangegeven.
Hoe en wanneer krijg ik mijn geld terug?
Na ontvangst en goedkeuring van je retour zenden we de terugbetaling binnen 3–5 werkdagen naar je gebruikte betaalmethode.
Wat als een product niet meer op voorraad is?
Soms raakt een deal uitverkocht. Staat het product niet meer op de site, dan kunnen we het helaas niet meer leveren. Schrijf je in voor onze nieuwsbrief om op de hoogte te blijven van nieuwe deals.
Kan ik een factuur ontvangen?
Ja, bij je bestelling kun je direct een factuur downloaden. Wil je een aangepaste factuur ontvangen? Neem contact op via e-mail met je bestelgegevens.
